Bribie Island Photography Club was formed in 1992 by local residents who shared an interest in photography. Club members enjoy the opportunity to share knowledge and improve their art through competitions judged by accredited judges or members. The constructive appraisal of members work provides the opportunity to learn and improve.
Sometimes field trips are organised at members request or an experienced photographer will invite others to share a “photo shoot”.
Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of the month (excluding Dec) at 7pm for 7.30 start. There is usually a short meeting followed by the competition and/or guest speaker. We conclude with coffee and generally close by 9pm.
Costs annual fee $35.00 ( pro rata is arranged throughout the year ) meeting fee is $2.00.
