SHARADDHA SCHOOL OF YOGA

The spirit of Yoga - As a beginning student of yoga we are often looking for, better posture, increased flexibility, smaller hips, or toned stomachs. Or maybe we're interested because our health has deteriorated or because we feel our lives are out of control and we can't stand the stress anymore. We are usually looking for more than that, but may not know exactly what it is we are searching for.

Practicing Yoga allows us to be a better us, to better realise who we really are, and shows us how we can bring peace to our relationships with the world, by building a strong body and learning how to relax and calm the nervous system, we free the mind and allow ourselves time for self-reflection.

In Yoga the ultimate goal is the direct realisation of who we really are and the balance of body and mind and spirit.
