WELCOME TO ARTS FESTIVAL 2010




A very successful Festival is over!!!!  Watch this space for photos, and more.....

We have 30 Workshops tutored by some of the leading and most respected tutors in Australia including some great local tutors – and thare delighted to be able to say that almost all workshops were fully booked.  Thanks to all participants for their support, and we hope you are as delighted by the workshops as we are to have been able to offer them.

WORKSHOP HOURS 8:30 am to 4 pm

In addition the Festival includes

  • Festival Music Program of concerts by the Bribie Island Orchestra,  and a Sing for Joy - Sing for Fun afternoon of community singing for all who love to sing.

  • Open Day (Sunday 25 July) including a arts and craft fair, community stalls, juggling, and singing,

  • Matthew Flinders Art Competition   240 exciting paintings, and 3D works on display until 5 August.

  • Festival Fun Flutter Flags  brighten the Art Centre grounds. Both workshop participants and visitors are encouraged to make and contribute flags for this project celebrating community at the Festival and on Bribie.

  • Displays, demonstrations and sales by the Bribie Woodcrafters.
