
Jackie was born in Stockport, England and immigrated to Queensland, Australia with her parents and brother in 1965; she became a naturalized Australian Citizen in 2002 and now resides with her husband Roy at Eudlo Queensland.
Jackie has been involved with the following organizations
• President and Founder Member, Suncoast Clayworkers Inc, Sunshine Coast, Queensland and in that capacity also convener of Spring Fever 2004 and 2005, 2007, 2009
• Member of Wide Bay and Burnett Potters Association, Queensland.
